Amber Swales has set a new Beds Junior Short Course County Record (awaiting ratification) in the 100m Breaststroke by taking a whopping 3.5 seconds off her best in one go! Amber swam a time of 1.16.02 at the Biggleswade Club Championships to leave her 0.03 outside her national qualifying time.
Caleb Hughes also set two new Bedfordshire County Records in the 50m and 100m Backstroke long course at the Burns Open meet in Sheffield.

There will be an hour only session for 1500m swimmers to work on pacing on this morning.
The session will be the same as usual for everyone else!

Training is cancelled on Monday 8th March 2010 AM session only and on Monday 15th March 2010 AM session only. This will be at both sites.
