Sunday 6th Dec Flitwick 0700-0900
Monday 7th Dec Both Sites 0600-0800

Mid Beds had a successful start to the season finishing 8th in the medal tables with 2 gold, 4 Silver & 5 Bronze medals. Special mentions to Harriet Brettle who claimed the Senior Bedfordshire 800m Short Course Freestyle Record, and to Yasmin Bithrey who claimed the Junior equivalent.
