Congratulations to all who swam at the Teaspoon Open Meet. Lots of very fast times, lots of teaspoons won and a brilliant TEAM atmosphere. A good way to start the new season.

Bernie Catterall has kindly organised a team training day on Friday 30th October at the Chicksands Army base, inbetween Flitwick and Biggleswade. Can you please get all consent forms back to Vix by Thursday 1st October.
